I think I need to listen to this song for like 10 times to understand what is going on here. First time listen makes it feel quite chaotic. But that's not a bad review, that's actually a good one

Agreed. Was on the verge of being disappointed at first listen. Took a few spins to wrap my head around it and I'm enjoying it now. I'm generally at odds with Collier's idea of 'more is more' as opposed to 'less is more' but this avoids being too overloaded with chaotic harmonies while still stacked in the most jacobian way possible. All in all a great track.

Underappreciated brilliance - the definition of Jonah Nillson! The more I listen to this song, the more I love it! Some crazy kind of Independent Girl..! I think I could listen to it for years, and only ever figure out 1% of what’s in there… it’s just so massive! One day maybe we can watch some of The Making of it, that would be truly amazing! 💥🔥💥

My thoughts exactly. There's a point in which there's just too much. It's amazing when a song subverts your expectations with chord modulations and tonal exchanges, but it becomes hard to enjoy a song that does so every 4 seconds.
