It breaks my heart that people can look at this schlock asset flip game and genuinely not understand the difference between it and the masterfully-crafted Getting Over It. There was a point to Getting Over It, something Bennett Foddy wanted to say that would fall flat if you didn't experience the game. It's why he specifically mentions in the narration that you do not understand the game if you do not play it, and aren't feeling the frustration of playing it. Cheap copies exist with nothing to say except "look at the youtuber get mad!!"
