I make a picture out of listening so i can see what's going on & who im with i think it's to make up for the trouble i have with learning & been told im emotionally disconnected because of a cognition glitch

No one is thinking in written words. Words are not a necessary prerequisite of thinking. Thinking and planning is also present in species without the ability to form words. Little children and babys and also people with handicaps can think without any word (at least basically )

You are confusing feelings for thinking. Words are absolutely a prerequisite for thinking, at least beyond the most basic. The examples you mention (assuming you meant people with *severe* mental disabilities) have difficulty thinking beyond the most rudimentary levels.

@@Evil0tto Thats why I wrote „written“ words - however my son do not understand any word but he is able to plan his actions and to think basically.
