You DO know that Jordan was a shooting guard and LeBron is a small FORWARD, right? The difference is Lebron made it to the finals and the playoffs without having the right pieces around him. There were some years in Kobe's prime that he didnt make the playoffs after Shaq left.

The thing about MJ is he has made some bad mistakes but his mentality and the will to improve to give his team a better chance at winning always persevered. There's been times where he just didn't show up... And he realized he needed something to motivate him... To turn that switch on. He would create something that wasn't even there... And run with it. He was so good at this his opponents learned this and refused to go at him. That's how you know theyre on a whole different level, when hall of famers respect you so much that they don't go at you and challenge you. Watching old school Jordan highlights... He even does little things to challenge himself. He will go and take dumb shots...
