as a south african i just wanted to say that the term "coloured" for race isnt problematic here and its actually something that community takes pride in - its a very unique culture that isnt found anywhere else in the world and we're proud about that - loads of people here dont even know that "coloured" is considered derogatory or offensive, and in fact many 'coloured' south africans would be offended if you referred to them as anything but 'coloured' - its become its own race in a way and thats the word for it

Allow me to console you… Last night I was watching some body language expert and I was convinced that he was German through two full videos until he mentioned something about Spanish being his first language.It definitely made more sense because I was truly surprised that his jocularity.
