Todays video we install the JDI Ghost box push start upgrade!
Tools needed are 10mm 3/8ths, extension, 3/8th ratchet, Phillips head screw driver, gaffer tape, and zip ties.

Definitely a little bit slower than a key.. situation where I might have to run from a serial killer or in a rush to take a sh!t. Nonetheless, very cool.

@Sonkei Werks Awesome video. I watch some other video and the guy gutted the ignition cylinder cuz he said the clam shell would be wobbly without the screws, however after watching your video I see that there is intact a screw to hold the clam shell in place. I’m stoke to install this mod to my EK. Should be receiving it on 10/18.

It is a bit loose, but it personally doesn’t bother me

@@sonkeiwerks I guess I’ll have to see when I install mine. Worse case scenario if it is too loose for my liking I’ll order an ignition cylinder and hollow it out then put it place so the clam shell isn’t loose. I don’t want to mess up the original ignition cylinder in case I ever need to reinstall it. Thanks for responding. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Hey just a quick question so when you want to turn on your car you have to either tap the card or the key fob or does it just detect it And what would happen if you don’t tap the key at the end to lock it Thanks

Tap it and then clutch and brake in, and push to start. Then when you wanna turn it off, brake and push to turn off. After a bit, the system will beep twice letting you know the system is armed and will not turn on. You still have to lock and unlock the car with your keys unless you have a aftermarket alarm system

Keep your original key near or inside the rfid ring. And then try to rfid and see if it turns on

No, but it uses the factory anti theft system
