A farewell video for Jose Mourinho.
'The Special One' will depart at the end of the season ending a three year spell with Real Madrid. Chelsea or Psg are likely to be his next options.
It clearly wasn't the way Mourinho intended to end his time in Madrid this way but unfortunately it ended as the worst season for him. What do we Madrid fans think of him now? Some will agree that he boosted the clubs chance of silverware and reinforced us back to Champions league & managed to tame Barcelona, While Some will disagree that he destroyed and portrayed an awful image for the royal club.
He will be adored and will be loathed by the fans but he will surely be missed. His reactions, his press conference, his outburst and all "Mourinho staff" that always never fail to entertain.
Chao Jose, You were like a roller coaster to me.

For me Jose mourinho's one of the best manager for Real Madrid he change the reality and the mentality of the team. One of the most coolest managers ever I wish Jose Mourinho put come back to Real Madrid and coach one more time.

PLEASE COME BACK AGAIN MR MOURINHO, we, the real madrid supporters we really love u, you put back our Pride and our proud to be a Madridista on the way back at the Champions, with you Mr Mourinho the RM Team was 11 warriors that fought every second on the games they played and never give up, always running and figthing. You defend us against the SHIT PRESS there are in Spain, against Radios,Tv and Newspapers that they choose to be friend and making the team and select the squad every single match. Asdasd Asdasdasd No he isn't, is it because he won a champions league ? then did carlo ancellotti win the liga ? the copa del rey? no he didn't, jose Mourinho build real team that won the champions league, he defeated barcelona and their years of dominance in the la lira, he sadly did not get the credit he deserved but it was all given to carlo ancelloti

Jose has a very strong personality & wants total commitment to the team which he could not get out of spoiled brats at Real at the time. Add to that the Real is run by the President not the manager so he could not deal with that either. I am positive they promised him free hand when they brought him from Inter but did not allow him to do what he wanted to do. Anyway, they are both better off without each other. As for Real, it is interesting to see how long Zizou will last there. Once he has made his name as a world class coach he will leave too.

Simon Pierre: Ronaldo, Casillas, Ramos, etc. all hated Mourinho but two of them are no longer there & Ramos is in his last leg. So once he leaves, yes, they will no longer be spoiled brats.

@@deepakrathore5459 There are good egos & bad egos. Mourinho, Conte, Clough, SAF, etc. all have or had egos but their teams benefitted from their work & egos. But Martial, Pogba, Ali, etc. damaged their teams because of their egos. That is the difference. I call the second group spoiled brats because they put their own interests above the team interests. In the first group, certainly they had egos but their egos & interests were aligned with the interests of their clubs.

I remember reading where even players from other teams in the Spanish league criticzed Mourinho after the Casilhas fiasco. How unprofessional especially during football season. His leaving will be good for Barca they will once again dominate. No wonder their players got in on the act of helping get rid of Mourinho. The Real fans are stupid, shen they took cry baby Casilhas side. Mourinho has said that a player must play for the team. The team is always first. No stars. You sacrifice for the team

I think mourinho the third season with real , he got the team to the semifinal , and the lost the final of copa del rey against athletico , it was n't too bad , but in chelsea in the third season , his was clearly betrayed , so I think he was betrayed in chelsea more than real madrid , and even more than man utd now

He was never good fit for madrid..Ronaldo, kaka,ozil,benzema,di maria,marcelo all these attacking minded players but jose was defensive minded..They weren't gonna get along with him for long...He wanted to turn them all of them into defenders. .. Ancelotti was the right choice for them,they looked his attacking style..
