Well yes, but no. If you go to the gym every muscle will get bigger so your shirt size will get bigger, keeping that untailord affect tl;dr: when go jim = man get big = shirt size get big = sleve still look the same

@Pushupchllengeofficial better way: turn your shirt inside out and line it up flat. Take a sewing needle and thread. Stitch starting an inch and a half up from the bottom edge of your tshirt sleeve to the armpit. Like a thin triangle. [`*•._ Then when you turn it right side in, the sleeve will be taken in and not sticking out anymore.

If you’re actually big you wear a normal size shirt and you can still tell you’re swole without having to wear purposely small clothing or tighten/roll the sleeves. It kind of makes you look douchey imo. I used to do it in my early lifting days lol but now I actually stretch the sleeves before wearing a shirt bc I like the loose non “look at me” look😂
