Question:: Hi Joshua I know you've moved on to greater things, but I was hoping for a quick bit of advice. You mentioned once that you have Starling Back accounts for your group companies. I tried to sign up and the system said they don't offer acc's to complex company structures. is there a way around this? thanks appreciate you sharing your knowledge.

Hi Josh, can you explain holding group rax returns, i.e. if you have 3 Ltd's and a holding company above them all, are you returning 4 tax returns to HMRC per year or one tax return for the whole group ? Thanks.

4 - 3 for the trading, one for the holding. Holding is usually much simpler.

Also, separate question, if you spend money on a property trg course say 2k, then you set up a Ltd a month later, can you claim the cost of the course as an expense, even though you incurred it before you set up the company? Thanks.

So much saliva! All I can hear is the echo on the walls and you lick your lips and swallow saliva constantly. You’re very knowledgeable and I appreciate your time and videos, however, please put something up to dampen the sounds bouncing around and talk a little slower. Remember, you know this stuff, we’re looking to understand it and it takes time to process, by which time you’ve already moved on too fast and it’s tough to stay interested in your delivery and information. Which is awful, because I really want to listen to what you have to say. You have other great videos on your channel. Keep up the good work 😎💪🏻
