@@lightner6924 Normally I’m the kind of person who says in some cases the vigilante is morally right but legally in the wrong and therefore guilty. We have a system and must uphold it to avoid chaos and anarchy. There’s a quote from a Dirty Harry movie that summarizes it much better than I can. However, when the justice system has convicted someone, there’s proof that individual probably shouldn’t be allowed back into the population, but is done so anyway simply because of politics, then I think a new precedent needs to be set. Cain should be acquitted.

He fired recklessly in public... he showed no concern of innocent lives or if anyone innocent was in the tinted vehicle he fired into. There's no excuse for that. If you're gonna take justice into your own hand which I personally think was justified, then you have to be a man about it and get up close and personal so that you don't make any mistakes.

He had a high speed chase snd shot over 4 mags into the other vehicle while driving. All missed …where did they go? So he endangered lots of innocent people. He had to go. Now luckily nobody was hurt. So I hope the judge is as lenient as can be. Especially with Cains up to that time model status in the community. I’m a big Cain fan. & rooting for him. But there has to be consequences for actions that put people in danger.

The reason that guy was out is because they need strong evidence that the person may cause harm to others if released awaiting trial to deny release. The daycare was shut down and he was ordered to be on house arrest until the trial mitigating any future harm in the short term. Now Cain after he went to the policy to handle it found out the guy wasn’t locked up was never informed of developments in the case by the DA. So Cain take matters into his own hands and became a danger to the public in doing so. If I was Cain I would plead temporary insanity. The evidence is stacked against him it’s on camera. The only way I see him not going to jail is with a jury nullification or a temporarily insane plea. The moral of the story if you are a trained fighter and someone molests your kids don’t chase them in a car and shoot. Use your skills because if he doesn’t put others lives at risk he gets the charges dismissed.

@michaelmadrid21 it's called temporary insanity. A person with zero criminal or assault record just doesn't go around shooting. There was a lapse in judgment. Under the circumstances - it's reasonable this was the case. On a side note - feel sorry for your kids. They're sol when it comes to your concern or love for them. And if you don't have any kids...don't.

For any father or male figure that goes after someone who hurts their own, instead of arresting them, they should be offered a job. Not that every one offered would take it ofc, but it would be damn nice to have people THIS dedicated to protecting children on the police forces.
