We need the offline edition of DQ X. Square said the only way DQ X would ever come to the West was if it was remade as an offline traditional game. Well, it's been out in Japan for almost a year now.

Trails Into Reverie, YS Nordic, Grandblue and FF16 are the games I'm craving. I still have Cold Steel 3 and 4 to do before I get into Reverie though.

Same. Those are the games I'm pumped for but I'm still on Cold Steel 3 and have Tales of Arise, Triangle Strategy, Octopath 2, Scarlet Nexus, Yakuza LAD, Tokyo Xanadu and Atelier Sophie to play lol

After watching your Utawarerumono video a few months back, I decided to give the series a go. I played through Prelude/Deception/Truth and then hopped right into Monochrome, finishing it only 5 or so days ago. Just wanted to say thanks for the recommendation. I obviously enjoyed them, lol.

Excited for 'trails into reverie' and 'nayuta boundless trails'. At the moment, I am having a blast with 'ys memoire: the oath in felghana' which I was recently able to get my hands on.

Thanks as always. There was also a new Dragons Dogma 2 trailer shown at the Playstation showcase, but I think that we will have to wait until 2025 for this one to come out.

SUPER EXCITED for *"Dragon Quest Dai"* video game! You see, the original *1991 Dragon Quest Dai anime* was my *ALL TIME FAVORITE ANIME* back in the 90s and I want this franchise to succeed in modern day so that we get more games in this franchise, more crossovers with other games (would love a *"Dragon Ball Fighter Z vs Dragon Quest" fighting game)* and maybe *a continuation anime of the 2020 anime remake* in the future!

Speaking of upcoming Falcom games, you should have mentioned Ys Memoire Oath in Felghana and Tokyo Xanadu Ex (Switch).

They were mentioned in earlier news roundups. Tokyo Xanadu last month, Memoire the month before that. I only mention release dates in the month they were announced.

10:32 tower of fantasy is already on pc tho, but it recently got announced for playstation with a release window of this summer. Didn't see anyone point this out yet, so I thought I'd mention it real quick.

I still need to play the rest of Cold Steel but am excited for Reverie. Also new Rune Factory. title. I really like Rune Factory. Also Nayuta. I started kinda liking ARPGs if they're not too hard. They're really fun most times. I hope you have a great time replaying Reverie and that you have fun. I hope NISA announces Kuro after Reverie releases. But first I need to play Reverie and Cold Steel anyway. Trails is so much fun. But so is Fire Emblem. I love JRPGs.

Seeing that there is a figure for Alisa and emma as the next one in making (with Rixia, fie and altina already be made), this give me hopeful with other char will be made into a figure. But that going be a long time, there is a lot of characters to make! As well, great new round-up!

So probably early next year for Granblue Fantasy: Relink (sure, they say Winter this year, but its not the first time a release window will have been missed for this game!). I hope its worth the wait. It looks promising.

I've still pre-ordered, the Japanese LEs with a few exceptions are generally superior to their western counterparts.

8:20 With Summer Game Fest and Xbox Games Showcase coming up soon (June 8 and 11) may show how true those rumors are. There is a ton of rumors about a Persona 3 remake being in the works, and fans found a new (possible) Persona 5 domain called P5T. So it isn't outside the realm of possible (except for Persona 6 coming in 2024)

Is there some strategy to releasing titles right on top of each other? Square did it last year September-December and Nisa seems to be following a similar pattern. I would think it more ideal to space them out so they don’t eat into each others sales. Very surprised and tempted by that Corrie figure as she was one of my favorites from the mysterious series, might have to keep an eye out.

Who knows, I imagine they plan in windows and just go with it but also depends on the developer too, in some cases they're not done by the same studios. So it might be in an effort to recoup costs sooner rather than later.

One other bit of news you missed is Dungeon Travelers 2 and 2-2 coming to PC on 9th June, and the first DT game following on later. Although given they're only on Johren, they will likely bomb until Aquaplus see sense and port the games to Switch.

Got a month to play through Zero/Azure before Reverie.. but FFXVI will take my time.. since SE is what I focus collect.. Though looking forward to adding Alisa and Emma to my trails figures.. Hopefully will bring out Waifu-Sword-Rival Laura soon enough

I'd be surprised if Laura doesn't happen eventually, but I think it depends on how popular the character is in Japan. And Laura is much further down the list in terms of popularity than the likes of Emma.

I've been hyped for granblue relink! Glad to finally see a release window. Finger crossed that it doesn't see another delay. Project magia seems promising, Marvelous has really fallen off now that they've stopped making senran kagura games.

I just wanted to point out that Dungeon Travelers 2 and 2-2 are both being released on the 8th on PC in English, but not on steam (which apparently banned it despite it being way tamer than some of the stuff that shows up there?) and instead will be on Johren. It's an excellent dungeon crawler rpg with robust class mechanics, and I was really addicted to DT2 when it was on Vita. It's developed and published by Aquaplus (same people as Utawarerumono) so you know it has good devs, but they have barely publicized its release at all.

A shame that front mission 2 was delayed i just finished the 1st one and hoping to play the sequel as early as possible but at least good news on other jrpgs and more story of season and rune factory to look forward to

At least they delayed it for the right reasons. They don't feel it's ready so they want to make sure it's serviceable when released rather than doing that modern release thing of releasing now, fixing later.

This week I've beat shin megami 3 got the true demon ending and currently going through NIET replicant remaster to get the platinum as a quest in n part 1 annoyed me and I deleted the data and sold the game, it still stayed in the back of my mind for a year and I saw it for £14 so decided to pick it up. Ff16 I don't have high expectations for with how much square messed up with ff15 but I'm buying when it comes out

So it's OK for Sony to try and block the Microsoft acquisition of Activision Blizzard because in theory (but not in reality) it could prevent Call of Duty appearing on their PlayStation 5, and yet they strike a deal to prevent a game appearing on Xbox? I think Sony is judging others based on their own standards.

I am from Saudi arabia and we will buy the game from different regions, but yeah if it was about an lgbt scene then square didn’t apply to our country standards, they are free to do so and we are free to not allow it here

I don't think the customs of Saudi will allow the game to enter the country, so you can only buy it digitally from another PSN account which is a hurdle that many won't bother to cross. Just don't buy it, wait for a PS5 emulator on PC and pirate it.
