ikr!!! WTF? Judges should be clear and concise in their sentencing but imo, the Jury should give the sentence if they find the defendant guilty and should give an award from the state to the defendant if they find the state and all it$ resources$ did not make their case. If the Jury thinks the Prosecutor$ office was negligent in bringing false charges against the innocent defendant, then the Jury should be the ONE to PENALize the procustor$ office as they did not work for the public's best interest and should pay for their dereliction of duties! as the Judge won't do it and yer reps on the hILLs$ won't do it so the Jury must work for justUS for the victims of the stATE!

It's their job and somebody has to do it. Everyone is entitled to a fair trial. What if you were accused of a crime you didn't commit for example? Would you want a defence lawyer on your side? Not saying this guy isn't guilty, just that they wouldn't be able to convict him without a fair hearing.

@@GrumpyMeow-Meow The Stauch trial was a real trial in a real courtroom-just look it up & discover what an excellent trial looks like. Colorado state court criminal case where a stepmom murdered her stepson & then transported his body to eventually dump him off a bridge in Florida in a suitcase. Stepmom claimed insanity defense. What’s with all the tape everywhere all over the room and why was the judge stuttering like he was being attacked spiritually or something and why was there computers allowed in there if there was no phones allowed in there? There’s way too many people in that room. This is just what my perception tells me. I think you should redo this case . His daughter sounds like an attorney and Several times refers to him as dad and defendant back-and-forth. Also, there’s weird noises throughout the courtroom., frequencies feel really weird… that picture of him in the closet that could be a doppelgänger. It could be doctored. It’s not close enough to. It’s not enough evidence here to sentence the man without really really looking at a closer.
