It’s insane that people segregate one race to this type of behavior. There’s horrible parents everywhere, of every race, color and creed. It’s a sad statement. If you’ve been indoctrinated in to thinking this is just happening among the black community you need to get away fast from the people and materials and content that makes you think that way. Awful, destructive and abusive parents unfortunately exist among all and any types of people.

What is really scary is that the child wasn't crying during any of the videos which means this behavior has been normalized. Manning is a solid one and from the first 'breakout room' moment it was clear where this was going because the defendant had said sentences like 'you are trying to kill me-you take my baby you kill me' like yes, if this was right after a lost pregnancy hormones can be way out of whack but for exactly that reason removing custody and requesting a mental health order makes sense when things are this tense.

One of my ex husband’s soldiers jumped out of a second story window, cradling his infant son, to escape his attacking wife. He had put up with the violence far too long. She came after him with a scalding hot clothes iron, while he held the baby. He was injured in the fall, because he was protecting the child. I felt great pride in how the unit backed him up. She was sent to a mental institution on the local economy for a while, then deported back to America for prison time. His unit granted him sufficient time to arrange joint custody with his mother and hire an in home nanny until his mother could come overseas to het his child and get all the proper documents. Men get abused just as badly as women and I am glad that this man was given the justice he needed.

We have zero evidence that he’s abusive in any way. It is possible. We simply do not know. However, we have ample evidence that she initiates violent physical attacks against him with deadly weapons, in the presence of the child. We also have evidence of her verbally abusing him in front of the child. I’m sorry to anyone who has been with an abusive narcissist. Judge Manning is the example of what every judge should strive to be. Her level of professionalism and true caring about the community really amazes me. Even when it comes to cases such as this one, she knew exactly how to handle it well before the hearing was over. This lady (pearl) is definitely a danger. Mr. Brown probably isn't a Saint himself, but for her to do any of that while literally holding the child sometimes is proof she doesn't need that poor kid in her care at the moment. The fact the little one just watches and follows them around without even crying while the absolute craziness is going on shows how normal of a life this has become. I really hurt for what his life will be like in the future, because no matter who he is with the parents are going to be at each other forever. Hopefully he gets the stability and love he deserves and with any luck the adults can keep their fighting and hatred away from him for now on, unfortunately that is doubtful.

Judge Manning was a cop before she went to law school. She's seen this stuff up close, and I think that is a huge plus compared to a judge with no street experience.

This was probably not a bad decision by Judge Manning. Unlike mom, dad does not appear emotionally labile and does not present an imminent threat of harm to himself or the child. However, while baby is in dad's custody, I hope comprehensive psych evals are ordered for both parents. I get strong gaslighting vibes from dad. He knows her behavior and is ready with his phone on video record.

@@stephenbembridge9118 don’t do that. It’s obvious she is the aggressor. If she had been abused like she said where did the energy come from to do all that she did. Abused people do not act like she did. He has multiple accounts at different times of her abuse. Abuse is not just something that happens to a woman and women can be aggressors too. This idea that a woman has to be provoked to act like this is what’s wrong with society.
