I've not gotten to that part in the video, but that's hard call bc of children being rough and get hurt alot on their legs especially but then again their are places that kids tend to get hurt in spots over other parts and the behavior and stuff also plays into that also , so if it wasn't something that wasn't an odd place then I can see where a hospital didn't call but if it's a regular thing or just not right or the other things as cleanliness behavior how the parent acts etc... but I haven't got to hear how it was in this case yet...

@AliceA333 My first sentence says , how I've not gotten far into the video, so I hadn't seen or heard the full situation about the bruises and stuff , I was speaking from just the summary towards the very beginning. So with that I also said now of the bruises and marks are in odd places that most of the time doesn't have them from just being a clumsy rough kid , or their behavior isn't right or if it's an on going thing .. Meaning that when there is other things besides just mild bruises is when one knows its more than being a kid type situation...So if the hospital doesn't see those things it's a hard call sometimes bc for one they don't spend enough time with obsessiving them for those things to present , bc most abusers are able to not raise attention long enough when it isn't extremely apparent right off.

That poor man. He was trying so hard not to cry when he put his head in his hands. When he spoke it was like he was in a panic. She manipulated her way into putting him in jail for something that he didn't do and then had to watch when he got out as she abused his children. The criminal justice system needs to reopen the file for the dad and his case and issue him an apology for letting this happen. Guaranteed if he hadn't gone to jail he would've noticed sooner and gotten them out faster. This is what happens with family courts and how they screw dads over so badly. You could see the judge looking grim and horrified that this happened. She knows that the courts facilitated this. She can't say it but she put down the hammer as much as she could. She even asked the lawyer if he plans on going for criminal charges. Guaranteed she's going to write down at length about this so that the courts get a full picture when that happens. Judge Manning absolutely hates it when children are abused due to the justice system not doing their jobs right.

You have to have a woman witness who will vouch that the man is okay and the mom is pure evil. If you don't have a woman, the believe all women rules require Dad be sanctioned for testifying contrary to the truth all women inherently bring to court. Had she not partially confessed, it would have gone nowhere and those kids would have been taught never to testify against a woman.

Yep the man usually always gets screwed be it custody or just plain divorce and finances. Quite often providing the woman with a great life then getting lied on, kids taken, mentally/emotionally abused while losing at least half of everything you own and worked for. No fault states are even worse. It should automatically be 50/50 custody unless other variables are involved. I will say judge manning is one of the better judges that seem to be pretty good at giving the best parent the upper hand. I have seen her find in favor of the father more often than not.

She looked angry through most of this hearing. Her "tears" didn't seem to be genuine- as far as being upset about the kids. Maybe her tears were from her anger- because people were telling the truth about her and her story and the forced, manipulated stories of her poor children weren't holding up anymore. She seems like a person who has anger burning just beneath the surface at all times. It also seems she did everything she could to hurt the children's father- probably thought she could manipulate and scare him because of the language barrier, which was actually quite effective until he was able to get THIS lawyer. I truly hope she gets some mental health treatment- for her own sake, bitter especially for her 6 children, with one being just a little newborn. I hate to think how she treats the ones that DO live with her! 😳

Every excuse in the book not to take responsibility. First she says she didn't know. Then she tries to shift blame to the dad. Then she claims her roommate did it. She contradicts herself constantly. And it's all about her. She's pregnant. She has health issues. NOTHING about the poor children and what they've gone through. Nothing about how they're feeling or how sorry she is for letting it happen, if not doing it herself outright. She's so narcissistic I wanted to vomit. That woman should be sterilized and only have court-supervised visitation with the kids she's had. It's disgusting that women like that can have all the kids they want while there are good people out there who can't have them. She would've been better off if she had just apologized and promised it wouldn't happen again. If she had followed what the judge said and worked towards getting better the judge might've been a little lenient on her. But because she refuses to take responsibility, the judge threw the book at her. So selfish.

She will be. This was just the TPO/Family Plan civil case. Lawyers will often start the case off in civil court because it's a lower standard. It goes by preponderance of the evidence. Criminal is beyond a reasonable doubt. Lawyers start things off in civil court to see if they win and if they do they bring criminal charges after. Guaranteed she's going to jail either for neglect or abuse of children. And I think she's lying. First of all, she said she didn't know about the bruises. But then went on to say that she was told about the roommate hitting her kid. She contradicts herself. And two, what mother on God's green earth doesn't know when her child is being beaten in the same house that she lives in. How did she square away her children crying? How did she square away the dirtiness of her kids? How did she not see the bruises when the children were getting dressed? The only parents who are oblivious to that are drug addicts. At best, she neglected her kids and put them in a dangerous situation with a person that beat her children. At worst, she did it herself and is full-on lying about everything. Either way, she shouldn't have custody or unsupervised visitation. The best she can hope for is supervised visitation. At worst, she'll go to prison and have no contact at all. There is nothing worse than a mother who beats her children. Or who allows her children to be beaten. Those children will have to go through DECADES of therapy to deal with what was done to them. Hopefully the dad can provide the love and support that they so desperately need and also get a good therapist to help them deal with this. If not, they'll either end up doormats or criminals for the rest of their lives. Women like that make me sick.

Maybe he does speak decent English but not enough to be comfortable in court? I have helped friends from other countries navigate the various systems in the USA. This father should NEVER have had to fight this hard to protect his kids. He had ample proof. What's the excuse? Language barrier? A LOT of people speak spanish, and that could've been resolved easily. You can see how hurt dad is he tried telling everyone his kids were being hurt, and it took too long for people to respond. Im so glad he finally got people in his corner. I hope those kids can get counseling and heal, and dad can get language classes and counseling for the guilt he felt for not being able to do more. Mom needs nothing more than supervised visitation at a CPS office, police station, etc, if she's lucky enough to get any at all.

Yup! I was a child who was severely abused (physically and mentally and verbally) and starting at 7yrs old to 14 when I left, my mother was forcing me to take my clothes off while standing in front of all her diff men and be hit while standing there naked. My whole childhood the schools were aware of the abuse my siblings and I endured (for some reason she was worse to me though) and so were neighbors. Many people made reports. Other fam members also made reports and sometimes stepped in and stopped my mother from hitting me and on one instance that auntie got into a physical fight with my mother over it. My elementary school counselor felt so bad that she paid for me to go to martial arts 4 days a wk for 3yrs out of her own pocket so that I could get out of that house and have a break from the abuse. Back then, cps didn’t work the way they do now and every time they’d come to our home my mother would make us go up to the attic and be quiet. We could hear everything through the floor vent. She would not let them see us or speak to us. They didn’t used to go into schools to see the child either so we never got to tell them our story. Many of our fathers tried to get us out of there too and failed every time. My mother also had an extensive record of domestic violence against men, drug charges, public indecency, disorderly conduct and I think that’s it. No one saved us! I left at 14 and have never had her in my life since then.

@@sheslikethewind8999 I had a similar experience. I have a toxic mother, and a beta father. My was known for abusing my eldest sister who was byproduct of her infidelity in a previous relationship prior to my father. My sister bless her heart was the maid, cook, and nanny . She was criticized, and beat. Eventually two days before Christmas my sister was thrown out the house because she wouldn’t go to buy a Christmas tree with a broken foot. My mom intentionally stomp on her foot. I was three years old. Winter time and we were in tears watching her leave. My father did nothing . My sister received assaults after she left home at 17 and never looked back. I got things the worse, I never got the necessary help I needed. I’m 50 I didn’t learn much from parents, and I have my own issues. I’m divorced because of my troubled childhood . I’ve learned to get therapy, anger management, and parenting classes. I learned to not let my past define me, be a good father, and responsible parent. There is light at the end of the tunnel. My parents I keep my distance from them. Forgive and never forget. You forgive yourself. Flowers bloom when they’re ready.

I’ve seen this interpreter work before. She is truly gifted at being able to keep track of both sides of the conversation at the same time. She won’t let people talk over the person she’s translating for either.

Yeah I knew she was lying before she brought up the random friend “kisha” but that sealed the deal right when she did that and then rewrote all her previous lies that she never saw the bruises or marks and caught herself up in her own damn lies.

So true, she looks at the screen with an angry & evil scowl on her face… but she went into this hearing with confidence she would “get her way” (because she’s probably never been told “NO” before this). So confident, she didn’t bother with a lawyer. 🤦🏼‍♂️🤷‍♂️

I work with families in family court. It is one the of most soul crushing experiences as well as one of the most rewarding. If half of the abuse is true then I feel for the children and this poor father. I’ve survived and learnt to thrive and now am a warrior advocate. I’ve had to stop this video a couple of times because I wailed. Thank you for sharing this, abuse needs to stop and we have to step up and step in to protect children. No reaction or emotion from mother which is troubling. She has either been told to show no emotion or she is without feeling. One love to that father, I’m hoping I can make it to the end of the video. ❤

Judge Manning appears to be absolutely furious with this Mother & fuming. I am right there with her. How horrific for these poor children & their Father. Terminate her parental rights. Today! Put her in jail & throw away the key. If she’s currently pregnant, the moment that baby is born DFACS needs to take the baby & terminate her parental rights.
