Judges are all the same if you come in their courtroom acting like you run something they're going to show you who's the Boss. I've seen a lot of these cases and the people were flat out asking for it.

I remember the stuttering defendant, Judge Mathis had warned the plaintiff who was like a cousin or long time family friend to the defendant who stuttered so they basically had a brother sister kind of relationship. Mathis warned her two different times and she kept making fun of his stuttering problem she was really being annoying with it so she asked for it. 😂

He wants to be respected as a real district court judge one who would sentence someone to jail time or community service. The fact that he gave that up to be a TV judge with no real authority eats at him.

Sometimes, when people are lying, they stutter, so I don’t think the guy had a legitimate speech impediment, he was probably thinking of a lie and she mocked him for that. Just another case of Mathis going off half cocked again
@crylittlesister63775 ай бұрын
I watched that case when it first aired. The defendant was stuttering the entire case. Seemed pretty natural.

I saw the case. The man has a legit stutter. He struggled to speak throughout the episode.

His stutter was legit. Both Samuel L. Jackson and James Earl Jones Had a very bad stutter. Through therapy it was overcome.
