Judge Mathis

Judge Mathis

Жыл бұрын

The plaintiff used to be good friends with the defendant and tried to help him out because she felt sorry for him. The plaintiff let the defendant borrow her credit card, gave him money for Christmas presents, put him on her cellphone plan, and arranged for him to pay her back. However, she says he failed to do so, and she’s suing for unpaid loans. Additionally, the plaintiff is suing the defendant for slander and stolen money. The defendant insists he and the plaintiff were more than friends and claims she’s suing for more than he owes. He’s countersuing for harassment.

the "tears" didn't save her this time 😅 I knew she was up to some bull and JM saw right through it. Her and her witness should've reviewed their notes and made sure they were in sync before coming to court. It's funny, alot of people think they can go to court and roll their eyes, breathe hard, overtalk the judge, stomp their feet, ect. the court is no place to act a fool and throw tantrums whether you're the plaintiff or defendant. You could even have a legit lawsuit/defense but that contempt will f*** you up. True story: a family member of mines murdered a man. His original sentence was supposed to be 16yrs. Well... once the verdict was read this MF got slick mouthed with the judge being disrespectful and saying just bullshit that should've stayed in his mind. Well.. let's just say he ended up doing 20yrs. of course that was in the 90s. Moral: act like you got some damn sense in the courtroom. 😉

So once the judge kept turning up the temperature with just basic questions.. Now “Can I be honest with you judge” so you basically have lied about everything else up until that point?? JM should’ve thrown them out of his courtroom.. before the foolishness even started

The lady was ridiculous for even loaning that man money and then she's come in court trying to cry. I'm surprised she didn't tell Judge to stop raising his voice at her., sometimes that statement comes with the crocodile tears even when you haven't raised your voice at all.
