Жыл бұрынThe plaintiff says the defendant, her former friend, had borrowed money from her more than once to give to a man. One time, the defendant allegedly gave money to a man she didn’t even know. The plaintiff claims the defendant still owes her for one of those personal loans, so she is suing for the balance. The defendant insists she never gave money to a man she didn’t meet, but she does admit she gave money to a man who fled the country. The defendant is countersuing for damaged property after the plaintiff allegedly broke her air conditioner.

Same thing happened to a friend of mine. A guy was claiming to be deployed and needed a radio, phone card, etc she sent money for that after I told her he was scamming her. He then had someone to call saying he was shot during duty and needed money for surgery. I told her I'd kick her butt myself if she believed that mess. They don't pay out of pocket for injuries during active duty SMH

Well the first plaintiff needs to be ashamed too. What kind of idiot allows people to borrow money for men/ or anyone else for that matter. I had a former friend who moved to another state. She was always helping others. Taking in the babies of her foster kids, and just people she ran across from anywhere. She had the unmitigated gall to ask me to pay a gas bill for one girl who had two kids. It was winter and she said they couldn’t be there without heat. not my problem. Get it from the baby daddies. I already had my own bills I was fighting to pay. Never talked again after that.

I've been tricked by the tax thing too....but I never tricked anyone even b4 knowing that people do that. I asked my uncle for about $1100 for tuition around 2004 and told him I would pay him back as soon as I got my taxes. I got them and that very day I went straight to the post office to send it back to him. He was shocked and said he thought he wasn't gonna get it back. I was offended, but now I understand why he said that. People actually do use that excuse and make all people look bad.
