Courts use all kinds of tools to try and decrease conflict between parents. The top 20% most high-conflict cases utilize 80% of the courts resources. So, they send people to individual therapy, reunification therapy, co-parenting therapy, parenting coordinators, assign an attorney to the children, and the list goes on and on. The courts resources??? Let’s talk about putting the courts out of business. If parents could use all that money they are dumping into attorney fees and courts, put all that money in a high yield savings account. And give it to your kid when they turn 18.

Thank you for doing these. We have our evidentiary hearing this morning. Have our recommendation from the CFI. I have only spent 1 hour a week with our sweet girl for the last year and praying the magistrate adopts the CFI’s recommendation of reunification and then revisit 50/50. Praying our daughter wins today in the courtroom.

My husband hurled false allegations at me and unfair court orders were put in place. 20 months later, I have been found by neutral evaluators to be a great parent and not an alcoholic but the orders are still in place! I filed a motion change the orders. What other choice do I have?

Just remember, judges haven't forgotten tender years doctrine. So, men, remember, just give her everythimg and the judge will be happy with you. You'll br homeless and have to work until you're 90, but the judge will be happy. You'll have no relationship with your children, but the judge doesn't care. Pay the damn child support, so the judge can get their retirement and summer vacation plans in.

These videos are amazing. But for this video specifically, why would the judge have to ref the parents when a lawyer is who speaks on their behalf? Also if you have a DV + custody video especially if dealing with a covert narc please link me!

So my childrens mother takes the children out of state, violates every aspect of the temporary orders, i dont see my kids for 9 months and the judge rubber stamps her, sets new temporary orders 100 mile standard from 50/50, childrens mother still doesnt return the kids....and I am supposed to asdume the dead beat dad position and STOP? Im not fighting....just trying to see my kids.
