I took my daughters mother to court for custody and I’m going to Pretrial in 2 weeks . My lawyer and I filed all paper works I filed. Necessary documents and took parenting course and my affidavits . And she has not filed no documents No financial affidavits didn’t answer to my petition and she is defaulted a month ago . My lawyer got Pretrial statements ready child custody document calculation and my witness and evidence submitted . What can I expect out of the case with the information I just stated . My lawyer told me I’m getting my relief . The duration of the case went from regular case 1 or 2 hours now to 30 min case cause the case is now a default case . What is the out come I can expect . ?

Won’t going in the quart room and watching your Judge keep the judge out and put you in a bad light

It's simple if you're a man all of the laws and rules are against you. The problem is is most of these laws were created in the 1800s or early 1900's and put in place because women didn't have the right to go out and work freely. So if a man wants to divorce he would still have to her alimony laws. Men back in the day used to work 12 to 14 maybe 16 hours a day to earn enough to support his family. That is why a lot of States had infidelity laws that they do not use anymore. But they love giving women everything. I have seen cases where the woman was a drug addict alcoholic and still got full custody of the kids because of children need their mothers. Yes there is one right now with the judge got charged with first-degree murder his trial is set to start in November. This is the case where the mother was a crackhead prostitute alcoholic and had already lost her kids to CPS once and the father was trying to get custody of kid but the judge said that he needs his mommy. the child is dead because she got high and drunk and he wanted to be feed so she beat the child to death.

The crazy thing is that if either parent are not physically or any way shape or form abusing the kid and actually the state has no right to be in your business your private citizen when you involved the state you pretty much acting like you can't govern your own life and you need parents the state to tell you what the hell to do this is pathetic and it's usually where they all making money off of two incompetent parents parents get it together resolve it and let the state out of your damn life
