This video is a discussion on judicial remedies under the Ghana Legal Systems and Methods.
This lecture discusses private law remedies such action for damages, declaration and injunction. It also identifies that even though declaration and injunction are ideally private law remedies, they have increasingly become popular as public law remedies in several fields such as constitutional law and human rights law.
It also explains certiorari and prohibition, the grounds for the grant of such remedies as well as the locus standi of persons who can initiate actions for such remedies.
