Very well deserved! What a beautiful, modest lady Judith is. I was born in the 70s but my dad used to play The Seekers songs when I was little. He had this machine with a huge round tape in it but don’t remember much else about it I just have that image in my head, I do remember how beautiful Judith’s voice was though, clear, pure and angelic. Judith isn’t just a wonderful singer, she’s also a thoroughly beautiful person and and inspiration to all. I was privileged to attend the Golden Jubilee concert at the Royal Albert Hall in London and it was one of the most heart warming and memorable musical evenings of my life.

I had a stroke a few years ago and carbon monoxide poisoning. I'm working again, lucky I know everyday. But I can't imagine anything more inspiring than this, not just to survive but thrive. She has much more integrity than me.

The Queen has past, and sadly, my beloved Judith Durham is also gone. I cried to hear that her beautiful voice has been taken from us. If you can find it, there is a solo performance at the BBC where she sings solo. She sings Danny Boy and you will cry.
