Then I hear a sip of some pr honey and I hear him taking off his shoes and socks and strapping on his pr belt and squat belt. Then I hear a rush down the stairs and I can feel the earth beneath me moving then I realise. He was preparing. Then Larry wheels benchs my house laughs and throws it into oblivion.

I find that with a lot of these well edited lift videos. Whether it be Juji's channel, Martins, Larry, Shaw, Thor, Hall etc. If the video is well put together and has some good lifts they just fly by.

I know you've probably gotten comments like this before but I just wanna say, your videos have genuinely changed my life. You both inspired me to start hitting the gym and got me into bodybuilding and power-lifting Over a year ago, shortly after I turned 20 and it's made a huge improvement on my self-confidence. I love how much you all branch out with your videos. Instead of just sticking to a single gym and just constantly posting exercise videos you branch out with people like Devon and others with arm wrestling, then you have Magnus and his climbing skills, and now you got Thor on your channel and you take all of those different people and learn from them and also try and teach them some things you've learnt, makes it really enjoyable to watch.

Larry's technique is getting really crisp. From the videos when he first started strong man and being unsure of himself, to watching him now throw it up without hesitation and with confidence. Guy is gonna be a contender if he ever dedicates to the sport.

28:44 - 29:50 Juji was the ONLY ONE who actually did the pull downs the CORRECT way!! He DIDN'T use his entire body's momentum or help him pull. He stayed still and let his arms and the accurate muscles do the work. Even the mountain didn't did it right and he's a champion strong man. Props to juji
