Julian Assange. No words to describe this man's intelligence and humanity. If more people were like him the world would be a better place.
@lizkay82009 жыл бұрын
williamorwell they never accused him of rape.
@lizkay82009 жыл бұрын
williamorwell how does it feel to fall for the oldest and cheapest government lie to get rid of an enemy? Seriously how can you be so naive? Man makes government's crimes public, founds whistleblower site. A year later he gets accused of rape. Sounds familiar? Cause that's what happened to almost all the people who fought for freedom. If it's not rape accusations, then it's pedophilia accusations. Happens all the time to members from the hacktivist group Anonymous. Sweden has no charges against him, they wanted to question him but only to have a chance to extradict him to the USA. But again, there are no charges. Assange fights for our freedom, and you fool fell for the oldest descredit lie there is. I'm ashamed. Even the government probably laughs at how they can fool people with the cheapest lies over and over again. Just put the words "Assange" and "rape" in one headline and the peope forget all the hard and dangerous work he has done despite there being no charges. Pathetic. The women never accused him of rape.

Why put all the weight on individuals like Assange ? We the people on this earth vastly outnumber the greedy, powerful and warmongers who keep us fighting amongst each other and exploiting each other . When we do realize this fact , We will have our right to life, liberty , peace joy and happiness with ourselves and with the rest of humanity .

@emo43055 жыл бұрын
Jae Hus - That should be all of us on this earth . If we were all Assanges and Snowdens, our institutions and government would be serving us instead of we suffering under their corruption , power , wars etc . We have the overwhelming numbers and eventually we will win our right to love, peace and happiness with ourselves and with the rest of humanity .

I love the way Assange directs the interviews. He answers the questions and then takes it in another direction - his direction. He's becoming far more skilled in how to handle the media. He knows he only ever has a few minutes to get his points across so he has learned how to ensure those few minutes are used to the best of his advantage. He speaks slowly so that the interviewers have to listen to him or no information will come through, he also just keeps talking when they try to cut him off.

Is this interviewer completely devoid of tact? Don't we teach our children that interruptions are rude? Our media is disgrace. He opens his mouth way before he has a thought of his own… Blah, blah, blah is all you hear while actually intelligent people in front of them are trying to answer his own questions through numerous interruptions! Ridiculous!
@corystereo10 жыл бұрын
Julian was rambling and the interviewer was trying to keep him on track so that they wouldn't lose viewers. For instance, the opening question: The interviewer asked him what was Snowden's plan for the near future and Julian responded by saying he didn't know, then began rambling about his own and Wikileaks' troubles for two minutes straight. If Julian wants uninterrupted talk time, he can upload a KZfaq video.

It's an absolute travesty that Assange is now in a British prison. It's outrageous - he hasn't been found guilty of anything and yet he's in solitary confinement. The UK Government should hang their heads in shame for doing the American government's bidding. #FreeAssange
