Aside from my children, your channel has been the most consistent thing in the least three years of my life. Your daily uploads have helped me so much. To everyone reading this, don’t forget to take a break and treat yourself. You don’t need to spend money to treat yourself. Do something that relaxes your mind after a long, tiring day of work or online school. We may be stuck at home but it is still possible to wear ourselves off mentally and emotionally, so don’t forget to prioritize your well-being and ask yourself, am I taking care of myself enough? Am i pushing myself too hard? Just something to think about ❤️

I’ve been running outdoors a lot since I love the runner’s high (helps uplift spirits during these days). I like this type of format. I’m getting bored of some skincare brands so this was entertaining and informative ✌️

Had my first (and possibly only) baby in May. This summer has been all about enjoying her + the accompanying sleep deprivation. 😂 It's a crazy time to have a newborn, but I already can't imagine life without her. I hope she + I grow to be as close as you + your mom. 💕

I love I'm From! They have several great products. Their mugwort line is definitely my favorite... I love the herbal/earthy smell of artemisia.

I just mower the lawn by pushing (usually my sister's husband does because he's obsessed with his riding mower and geeks out, but he's had COVID and yeah) and aside from realizing how out of shape I am to be only 25 lol, I put sunscreen on! It's mid 90's here (NC) and the sun is blasting. 3 years ago, I wouldn't have, but I am doing it more and more and getting rid of the "farmer's tan" I always hated lol. Always looking forward to your recommendations :)

If there has been anything good that came out of this weird time we are in it would be that I found you on KZfaq Dr. Dray! Thank you so much for all your great videos. You have helped me so much. I was so unsatisfied with what I was using on my skin and I am branching out thanks to you! So much of it was in my Walgreens but I have sent away for a few things as well. I've been UP my sunscreen game like by 100 times this summer vs. the previous summer, and yet I stayed indoors most of the time... lol, but hey it's still the best skincare investment together with my retinol, thanks to you Dr. Dray! I've always respected what Dermatologists say, but no one says it better with a witty straight forward no bs style! My own sister is on her way to become a dermatologist after graduation soon, and I've recommended your chanel to her to learn from.

Happy friday 💕 I really, really love mugwort. I've never tried anything as effective against redness and I've tried alot, also prescription creams. Btw, the scent you're describing is the infamous mugwort scent. I really enjoy it. Missha makes an essence with 100% double fermented mugwort extract. The scent is reeeally heavy there lol

I found it at Target and I love it. The lengths of my hair get so dry while my scalp stays oily, so this solves the problem and yes, the smell is great, and it lingers. It makes hair washing quicker (especially in tandem with a massaging shampoo brush, a total must in my opinion) and more precise - no wasted or excessive product use. Win!

Yes do this monthly! Everything I use has been suggested by you and I’ve used the products for well over a year probably almost two. As much as I like them, I should switch it up time to time to try all of the other goodies!
