It's unfortunate that homes are going for over asking price. I'm having a tough time finding one at the listing price and at a payment I can afford.

I am one of the people who has stopped buying. My primary is is 2.65 and my rentals are 5% to 6.5%. I am lowering my debt to income ratio as you mentioned.
