Great video Buck! When perch fishing in LSC I typically jig as well, but this year I want to get my young boys out who can’t necessarily jig. What would you recommend for the best live bait to use on perch for them… minnow, crawler, or maybe wigglers? Probably use like a Lindy rig set up where they can cast or drop it and let it sit?

Great vid, nice smashing! Wish I could get down that way, I’m up near St Clair river/North Channel area. Got both Michigan and Canadian licenses for both sides of the river. No complaints though, Walleye are hot right now jigging and harnesses. Wanna hit the lake for perch

Im looking into fishing Lake St. Clair for the first time from the Canadian side... do you just look for structure when perch fishing? Certain depths? Etc. Thanks!
