Hope you enjoyed the HOUSE BOUNCE. I’m pretty sure we did the same song twice (sorry about that). Had to have been like Anna said, they start to sound the same 😱. No matter what that was fun and your body is happy that it moved! 💕🤩

One of my favorite rebounder workouts - I do this at least 2x a week! Love the energy, music and the fun! These 30 minutes videos are perfect for the working mom just trying to squeeze it all in!!

can you do this workout without a trampoline?i def cant bounce as high or as much since i have sciatica/ pelvic floor issues---i always think does she wear a diaper when doing those videos hahha

You can try to do without a trampoline. Just make sure the surface your jumping on is somewhat soft...like a hardwood floor, or have good shoes on. YES there could be some issues with pelvic floor strength while jumping 😱
