Since then, I've been going in for Clarity treatments to strengthen my skin. After a month & a half, the doctor recommended stronger treatments to speed up the fading and healing process. I documented the results throughout the vlog and I must say, I'm very satisfied.

from a country that has difference race and religion, showing respect for one another has always been educated into us ever since we are at an age to learn. Although a very minority still complain about another's culture beliefs/way of doing things, most of us definately have AT LEAST a friend who is of another skin type (NO OFFENCE AT THIS) Going to western countries and being attacked just because i'm asian is already happening since idk when.. whatever your skin colour is, black/white/asian/whatever.. THIS-HAS-TO-STOP. Tried to avoid this kind of news to not stress or depress myself (already quite stressful to hear pandemic news here in singapore already and now this ...) your mental state is seriously amazing Joan.. ps: your skin is seriously... Trust me, this has not been easy. I went through emotional rollercoasters after reading articles and watching the news/personal testimonies. The only thing I can do is use my platform to spread awareness, sign the petitions, donate, and vote. I'm trying my best🖤

The whole point of the movement is better treatment of black people and to end police brutality. I’m tired of some of you non-black people who want to cry about a couple of incidents where black people have to give a lecture to their children on what could happen to them if they get pulled over. Not everyone has a friend who is of another race (I think that’s what you meant, idk). I’ve seen plenty of Joan’s vlogs and many other asian/pacific islander youtubers that they don’t particularly hangout or if have any other friends that are black or african-American or black or any other race other than the ones I just said. No I’m not implying that she doesn’t have any or like black people or anything like that, but doesn’t mean the opposite either and that doesn't mean that she doesn't care either. I really don't like comments like yours because it takes away from what going on is really about and a few other asian amercian/pacific islander KZfaqrs like yourself think and doing the same thing and I wish you all would stop

Idk if you have gone to a protest.. I honestly suggest that you should... because when you see how many people support us it feels amazing... and I don’t know where you live but here in la Asian and Latino people really showed us the most support. It is nice that you decided to talk about what was happening in America, and I think its VERY important to also acknowledge that racism and anti-blackness is not only an issue in America, but it is global. I think us in our asian communities (I'm asian as well) need to continue to educate and dismantle racism and anti-blackness in our own communities actively all the time.

Whenever you come at us with a collab or product it’s always 🔥 I also wanna say thank you for using your platform to spread awareness to what’s been going on in the US. It really makes me sick seeing all this racism and unnecessary death. And to add all these videos of how the police are treating peaceful protesters. Disgusting. It’s really moving to see so much support from all over the world. I was scared the rioting and looting would derail the what these protests were speaking towards but it’s really quieted down and refocused again ( in the Bay Area at least) I just hope this brings about real change and justice for so many is served.
