I will be discussing 13 resale condominiums in the Jurong area to identify which outperform and which underperform. I will be comparing a mixture of old condos from HUDC to ex-EC to mature 99 years condos to new launch condos.
I will be doing a very comprehensive study and will be comparing 3 sets of data over different timelines.
