3 and 1/2 cups of dates (500g)
3/4 cups of nuts (250g)
150g of unsweetened white chocolate (you can use the sweet chocolate too)
20g of dark chocolate to decorate (optional)

I love this recipe. I made them a month after Christmas. I didn’t use as many nuts, I added some plumped dark raisins, and skipped the chocolate all together, (too many fat grams with that). I had to keep them in the fridge because there was nothing to hold them together. They were delicious. Thank you. :-) From Ohio, USA. 🇺🇸

For Christmas my mother always stuffed dates with marshmallow cream.
