Bruno is just spectacular. Since the first day he joined Man United, I knew this Portuguese talented midfielder had something special in him which changed my team, Man United, from an average team to a good team and from a good team to a very good one. I also watched him in Portugal. Not in italy. But he is such a leader. A marvelous hard working young man. Who did not come in saying he was the greatest. Let his play earn the respect. So much reminds me of Robbie Keane. The seriousness and dedication to try and improve not only yourself but youre teammates. Never boasting how well the team is doing or getting down in poor periods. Even in his interviews he holds his team and himself accountable. Stayin on message. We are trying to win trophies. Whether United wins or loses. To have that man on my team is a pleasure. And im proud how he wheres the badge and would be honored to have him captain my side. United fan since 1997. Since i was ten. Foda-se..." we laughed. A few months after it he joined Sporting. We went to see Estoril against Sporting and Bruno scored a freekick and Estoril loss :(

Most top Portuguese players came from the big 3, but not Bruno he was playing at Boavista which at the time was not even in the first division and then he didn't went to a big Italian club but to Novara , all his youth was fighting and struggling to get where he is today and as soon he reach it, was just to easy for him. His ability and mindset is what fc Barcelona could do with right now.

He’s actually a great midfielder. But he isn’t no Lionel Messi. I still think he needs time to adjust to the Premier League. Why do I say that? Because he still underperforms against the big teams. I mean the 20/21 season is the first season where Bruno would actually play a full season in the Premier League. But he adjusted so quickly everyone, even the rival and United fan, expect him to be destroying the big teams as well. He did adjust quickly to England, but he clearly still does not know how to handle the big teams yet. But I’m confident he will play better next season. It also wouldn’t hurt if he had a better midfielder instead of the McFred pairing playing behind him. And for the record, he isn’t better than Kevin...yet. Why? Because the stats say so. More goals and almost similar number of assists and also with the most chances created in Europe, playing with a Man United team which without him would undoubtedly be pretty mediocre. If he remains consistent and stays at that level for a few more seasons, he can be compared with Kevin. And yes even though he takes penalties, he still has a lot of goals for a attacking midfielder even without the penalties and also more than Kevin who is widely regarded as the best attacking midfielder in the world. Enough with the penalty merchants or penandes comments. Because those comments imply that he is just a player who relies on penalties to do well, when clearly he can do much more than that. People only comment that if you’re a salty hater. Furthermore, he does have attributes which are better than Kevin, such as his dribbling, agility, pace and finishing. Sure, he ain’t no Kevin De Bruyne yet, but he is definitely a very, very good player.
