Thank you for watching! This video has swatches of five shades of the Lisa Eldridge Foundation.
These shades were samples that came with my foundation order from Lisa Eldridge. I purchased shade 4, however, I think shade 8 would have been a better match. What do you think?

Surprisingly, number 7! It’s especially clear from the side by side stripes-it just kind of disappears, which your videos have helped me learn is the effect I am looking for when finding a foundation match!

I have aging skin and have tried foundations of many brands and qualities and never liked the way they looked, Cakey,, dry etc., I have used best quality brushes, sponges, puffs and nothing worked……I have just used my fingers and actually placed it on my cheek and used the exact method you use to spread and apply and the result is AMAZING…..such a simple change and my foundation looks like my skin but better….thankyou for such a wonderful method….

Still waiting for the light medium swatch cards to be back in stock. I thought I was going to be 9 but when Lisa Eldridge said she was 11 I was wait what. I’m quite a few shades darker than her. So I’m not making a move until they get back in stock. Thank you.

I asked about the swatch cards in December and I check the Lisa Eldridge site every other week and here we are in April and still no swatch cards.

Wow great swatch video! In all honesty I felt you could have pulled off all the shades but going by your past videos I felt number 7 blended well into your skin. Of course I’m on my phone and colors are so different IRL compared to the screen. I’ve been debating on purchasing this foundation but I really would prefer to able to order the swatches first which have been out of stock from some time now.

Thank you, Mimi! Screens do make it a bit tough! Shade 8 looks the best IRL, shade 7 is so nice but has a bit too much pink for me. I wanted to buy the full swatch set as well, so I could do all the shades, but it was also out of stock for me!

So based on the wonderful thorough swatches and explanations I will choose 7. Mix of 7/8 in summer. I know I have said this before but you are the only person that can explaine undertone to where I can understand it. You should have a video for darker shades as well in this line or other lines of foundation. This is so right on the money for fair shades.

Although in the studio lights shade 4 looks a bit light, but I think it is the best shade for you. ShDe 8 is too dark, and she de 7 that some people are suggesting may be too cool and make your skin look a bit dull. But you are so beautiful, I guess you could make all of these shades work for you

Hi Tulipia! Thank you for watching :) They are really well done shades. 4 was a bit light on me, even in natural light and shade 8 looked best, especially as I self-tan once a week. Shade 7 is also nice, but yes, a lot of pink undertones in the formula, so the shade looks grey on me (even though the skin tone level is a great match). I hope the swatches are helpful!

Thank you, I love doing these swatching videos. I purchased shade 4 based off the models on the LE website, but should have gotten shade 8. It looks the most natural in real life, I couldn't even see it on my skin!

@@girlgetglamorousvery late reply but I agree. No 8 was perfect. Too light and it looks off, too dark and it just looks muddy. Thank you for your video. This was really helpful as the light swatches are never in stock, and i've bought so much LE in the last year. Such a bummer. It's a lot of money to blind buy. 😅 Are you still happy with it?

Does it oxidize much? If it does then I think that 8 will be too dark. Comparing the swatches, I think that no. 7 looks closest to the Armani shade.

Hi Amber, I purchased shade 4 initially, but should have gotten shade 8. The sample packet came with my order and shade 8 looked really nice on. Shade 4 is a great peach tone, just a bit too fair for me.
