You can't get this snowmobile, its custom made out of a now discontinued model. I have many videos on my channel on how i converted it if you are curious. Also, I do not sell those models

Yeah its 5am and Im up watching videos on RC snowmobiles....so what? I just bought this upgrade kit from Pascal for this exact Polaris Rush 800. Its great to hear it and see how its going to turn out. Is it two weeks from now yet? Thanks again Pascal for all the help.

How do you get your sleds not to be top heavy and to keep the CG down low because I got my one sled running and it is really top heavy I have the batteries mounted on top of the tunnel which is a problem but I can’t think of any where else to mount them and the other problem is that there are 2 batteries because I am running a traxxas titan 775 and the batteries are nimh which means they are heavy. Any suggestions

Use a 4s 1800mah battery, it will be lighter and less top heavy. Also the 775 is quite a heavy motor, a 540 brushless is much lighter and would help with stability. Last would be wider skis / arms would help with overall stability.

They are new, the wide skis makes a world of difference in stability and floating on the snow.

with a sled theres only one speed full speed, i told my kids if you feel your gona get stuck keep it pinned until your either out or stuck up to the axels

Bought the files yesterday and started to print. Everything looks fine so far. Is it Possible to get some sort of shoppinglist? that inkludes What bearings, axle dimensions and screw dimensions? I dont have any shop that sells these kinds of things where i live soni have to order..

Stuff needed in this kit. Yes electronics is one, but you also need some comon hardware like a 3mm rod (allu or brass), a 6mm rod (30mm long), four 1/8 colars, a bunch of screws(M2,M3,M4...) & washers and a bit of glue and finally, a 16 gauge (1.6mm) wire (rust proof), fense wire works great. The tunnel in made of a thin sheet of steel or aluminium bent and cut. Dimensions in the video Transmission. It uses two 6x13x5 bearings and two (12x18x4). A 56t spur gear and a 14-20t pinion gear from traxxas is used for gears. (look for 56t 32p gear and you should find it...) Also a few m2 and m3 screws will be needed. Electronics, I have in my snowmobile a castle creation Sct brushless combo, a exi steering servo(metal gear) and a spectrum transmitter dx2e and receiver combo. All that coupled to a 3s 2200 mAh from Gens Ace Shocks, for this kit you are going to need two 60-70mm shocksfor the front, one 55- 60mm for the middle, and one 70-80 mm for the rear.

Pascal I can’t seem to find them anywhere (the rushes) and I know they are discontinued but don’t you think there would be some still kicking around? And there is a new one it is a blue Polaris switchback 800 would the body kits and stuff work for it too?

I think the blue one is just a die cast, non remote model. Dont get that one. I have bought a rush like 2 weeks ago on kijiji... be clever on the research, not everyone marks them as "polaris rush"...

I'd say throw some weights in the bottom gear, from rail to rail. Whatever is heaviest. Lead Is cool. Maybe some on the skiis assSWELL
