Learn how to make Oven Baked Peri Peri Chicken with Eiliyah Kitchen.
Piri Piri or Peri Peri sauce originates from Portugal and it’s made from Red African birds eye chillies, Lemon, Red peppers, Olive oil & herbs. Nando’s has made this sauce popular in its consumption to most Western worlds and its favourite in most households.

INGREDIENTS:
2 kg Chicken
Extra Virgin olive oil 100ml
Garlic clove 10-12
Ginger 2”
Red Onion 1 (medium)
Red Pepper 1
Serrano chillies 5-6
Naga Red Chilli 1 (Super-hot Chilli)
Bay Leaves 3
Smoked Paprika Powder 2 tsp
Sea salt 1 tsp or to taste
Black Pepper 1 tsp
Sugar 2 tsp
Soy Sauce 3.5 tsp
Tomato Ketchup 4 tbsp
Lemon Zest (½ lemon)
Mixed Herbs 3 tsp
Distilled malt Vinegar 1 tsp
