The Supreme Courts’ only role, is merely to interpret the law, based on different facts or situations and apply the interpretation in that full fact pattern. The Supreme Court, does not have any checks or balance safeguards, as the other two branches of government… So, this is more than troublesome to me, as one who is blessed to have framework to understand the dynamics, of law and government bc i attended law school and studied government, The constitution, etc. But this is not politics today.
