I thought the cheer for Justice League was louder yet the host said it was a clear win for the Avengers, which means it wasn't even close. Is something wrong with my ears?

Jesus Walks Perhaps it has to do with where the mic was positioned. I think if just one or two really loud people were near the microphone, they would easily beat a steadily loud crowd on the recording. But inside that room, it's different.

Andy was praying for the justice league vote to be louder but it wasn't. Stop hearing what you want to hear.

Yes, Justice League clearly won IMO. I don't believe it was an audio problem as the applause level for the other fights came through fine and were accurate.

The Labryinth Not really. Because celebrities have to stick to scripted stuff told by their PR managers. While these guys can dish it all out without worrying about the media breathing down on their necks. So yeah, there panel is far more entertaining.

I have said this before, and I'll say it again: Superman is not accountable for those deaths in Metropolis. Zod is. Zod obliterated Metropolis with the World Engine. Clark was fighting a general, a seasoned general in his prime. If you were to ask me, Man of Steel ended with the best case scenario.

TakenUnder they blame him for not really trying to save innocents. If he was smarter, he could have easily moved the fight outside the city, and saved more people in other ways as well. But sups was never smart.

Superman's death toll was him letting buildings be destroyed or destroying them himself. Basically, when people want to see Superman they don't want to see inexperienced, non-caring Supes. They want they guy we saw in the BvS trailer, who will save anyone anywhere at his own selfless cost. So the destruction from his fight threw most people off.

Fabio González i have noticed certain times when he says in his videos that , I wasn't cool enough to be invited for the screening of that movie, or i was not cool enough to enter hall h in comic con, i think these types of statements only project the egoistic attitude of the person, also after reaching to a certain age the nature of a person hardly changes, its just near to impossible to change your basic nature after you cross teen age..I have seen couple of people complaining about his attitude...so i was not surprised to read the story shared by you here...thanks for sharing...this whole youtuber fan following is now converting into a kind of cult thing and its not a good sign

Jordan Ray Of course he was salty. Vader was an obvious winner of the fight, but the audience preferred ridiculous and laughable arguments of the opponent. How could Hulk win, if he wouldn't even be able to come close to Vader. He's got no weapon or necessary superpowers.

The only reason people booed was because of Dan's reaction, if he didn't care and if Andy hadn't said it wasn't fair nobody would have said anything. Alexander Nevsky Dude, watch the video again. They cheered when he said "none, then they immediately switched to jeering when Dan raised his arms in protest. The "would you rather" comment was stupid. Your logic would only follow if he was given a clear choice between two subjects, but he wasn't. He was told to come up with his own answer and that was exactly what he did. Even Andy told him he could use it. In his reviews he encourages the viewers to watch the movie so they can decide for themselves. He's not a narcissist. You're clearly just trying to hate him because you don't like his answer and the way he looks.

Dr Caramel Also, Man of Steel didn't have kryptonite or magic, so as far as we know, Kal-El has no weaknesses. It's ridiculous that they went to the kryptonite/magic well when, in the movie universe, neither exists (yet).

Dr Caramel Should we then wait till Justice League is in theaters in 2018 or further? By then Marvel Studios would increase its count accordingly. How about they wait for DC to catch up? Its all conjecture about cinematic power levels, so Zod vs Supe and Hulk vs Giant Space Eel. Oh god I hope this doesn't devolve into a Zod vs Eel argument... I'm saying Space Eel and all his buddies were a handful, yet Hulk looked like he was having the time of his life. Supe would not have a good time with Hulk... some of you DC fans need to realize that and I think you do.

The deck was already stacked in the Avengers' favor due to the simple fact that they're pitting the Avengers against, basically, Superman, since we haven't seen Batman in action, haven't seen Wonder Woman in action, haven't seen the Green Lantern Corps, haven't seen Aquaman, haven't seen Flash, and so on.

That last round was so pathetic. It was basically just 2 people up there bashing the Justice League. It was stupid that they had to keep it to just what the movie universes have so far. We've got 2 Avengers movies already compared to 0 Justice League movies. You handcuff the Justice League pick with that sole because Martian Manhunter hasn't been cast yet. Him and Superman alone could take out the entire Avengers. That round was ESPN First Take level of stupidity.

Imo Bale was a good Batman because he best showed how Bruce Wayne was Batman's mask instead of the other way around. He best portrayed the psychology of Batman and how pathological the character is.

Shen Jones I absolutely agree with your take; Bruce Wayne being the mask of Batman and with Bale doing a good job to highlight that. That being said however, I thought Bale was the best Bruce Wayne but I thought Keaton was the best Batman. There was a deeper feeling of loss and resentment whenever he donned the cowl, but then this feeling could be thrown off with a quick-witted one liner. He was more well rounded. But in terms of the actual Movie Fight, I thought the guy arguing for Bale won too!

The final movie fight was the easiest. And the clear side is the justice league. They said we are going purely off of the movies. Meaning in Man of Steel, superman has no weakness, no magic, kryptonite, nothing that we know of yet. With that said, superman would take them all apart in seconds.

That last fight was one fighting for avengers vs one who bashed the JL. They're scary viscous murderers. Yeah because Flash and Green Lantern so terrifying. And did you not realize that the director of 22 Jump street is directing The Flash. So yeah it's probably going to have some jokes. And in AOU scarlet witch only mind controlled people right next to her. She won't get close enough to superman. Here are the lineups for both Avengers: Hulk Thor Cap Iron man Black Widow Hawkeye Scarlet witch Falcon Vision Justice League: Superman Batman Wonder Woman Flash Aqua man Green Lantern Cyborg (Maybe) Shazam Avengers have 4 members with powers. The JL has 6 (7 if Shazam is in the JL movie) members with powers Here are the battles I think could happen Superman vs Hulk- Superman wins Wonder Woman vs Thor- Thor wins Batman vs Captain America- Batman wins (but this is really a stalemate I just chose batman cause I think he would more likely win than cap) Green Lantern vs Iron man- GL wins Flash could easily take out Hawkeye, Black widow and Falcon. Cyborg vs Vision- Vision wins by a long shot Now there is Aqua man and Shazam vs Scarlet witch- AM and Shazam win I know I sound like a major DC fanboy but MCU Avengers doesn't have the power of the JL. I loved both Avengers movies but they don't have enough super powered beings to beat JL.

Come on man! :P In all fairness though, if you're going to include characters from announced movies for DC, then you should include characters from announced movies for MCU. Add to the Avenger's lineup Ant-Man (haha, cause he'll help), Dr. Strange, Captain Marvel, and Black Panther. Possibly Spidey as well. Of course, now it's a pretty stacked list for Marvel, but DC does have some prettty OP characters, so should play out pretty close IMHO.

In Avengers age of ultron when they are moving people out of the city you can see her just standing there and convincing people to move when there a few blocks away from her and high up in apartments. She just needs to do that for a couple seconds to make everyone see there fears

Sometimes I'm in the mood for the more scientific approach of Trek, sometimes I'm all for the mythological Wars, I admire what Marvel has done and I'm glad DC is trying to do something different in a different style. Namron9797 In real life people aren't so gloomy and deadpan serious either. Usually you try to lighten the mood with your coworkers. And it includes soldiers in the army. Goyer hides his lack of originality and poor understanding of the characters with dark filters and melodramatic tone. I would have been OK with the tone if MoS had anything good for itself (Characterization? No. Inspiring hero? No. A throughline? No) The deaths in Avengers had much more impact than anything in MoS because at least the characters were sympathetic.

Captain Douchebag Let's be honest, Hulk won't be able to keep with Superman's speed. As for strength.... Superman is just superior. Take Wonder Woman's bracelets away and you'll have something that can rival even Superman at strength, or the entire Avengers team. Flash is so overpowered, he'll have to travel back in time to save Quicksilver, so he can beat the whole team before they even blink.

God-Emperor of Mankind and WW is literally the God of War and possesses strength rivaling that of superman. She has also trained in unarmed and armed combat for her entire immortal life, and can even command any living animal from ants to eagle to tigers. Also, her combat reflexes outclass superman and her ability to fly unaided puts her above Thor. Add in that she is able to lift thors hammer, and her own weapons, I.e. a lasso that is unbreakable and magic, bracers forged from Zeus' shield, able to deflect even superman's heat vision, and Thor stands no chance

The Hulk vs Darth Vader. They made some TERRIBLE arguments. The Hulk or Bruce Banner has been mind tricked several times. Once by Loki, the Second by Scarlet Witch. Vader would mind trick the Hulk into bending over Execution style and chop his head off. PERIOD. VADER WINS

Yeah he didn't go on offensive enough. I liked his point about Star Wars feeling worse. And I also sort of understood his good with the bad but he went wrong when he said you don't count it. I think Star Wars just has a solidified great 3 movies that were made at the same time. Star Trek is so inconsistent that more people prefer Star Wars.

There should be more versus questions on movie fights. The funniest part was when Chris and Spencer acted out what Vader or the Hulk would do if they fought. They were literally like two 8 year olds at the playground arguing who would win. Best moment ever.

The MCU Avengers vs DCU Justice League is such a pointless battle because, we have not seen the DCU Justice League yet, a better fight would have been Avengers vs Justice League. Also I'm sick of people hating on Ben Affleck as Batman, and the general hate for DC films. We have movie out in that universe and the MCU is like what 10 films deep?

I mean i am a huge MCU Fanboy, but I find it so frustrating that just because DC's films are cracking wise every other line, that that somehow makes their movies worse than Marvel's, and again we have only seen Man of Steel. Yes Man of Steel had it's faults, but so did The Avengers yet everyone forgives it for it's faults. There's a reason why the movie was called Man of Steel and not Superman, we literally see him out in his first few days as Superman, he has not learned how to control his powers when fighting someone with matched strength because he never has. I just can't believe we are so Jaded as fans that the sheer sight of Batman and Superman on the same screen doesn't make our heads explode.

Jonathon Prieston While I'll admit to being pessimistic about Batfleck, I do think that he looked pretty bad-ass in the trailers we have had so far. So he may manage to change my mind. I still wish it was Karl Urban though :P You're absolutely right about the final fight on this video. It's unfair to put them against each other, especially since the DCCU has only just begun while MCU boasts 7 years with 12 films at least.

Joel Wills A. No one said he killed people - just that he was responsible. After all, Zod came here for him. B. After he defeated Zod's people, before he fought Zod, in the midst of all the destruction and death, he kisses Lois. Not digging people out of the rubble, putting out fires or clearing the the roads for ambulances to get through. No, making out with a woman he met a couple of days ago clearly should take precedence - that was a terrible mistake in the script.

Pokefan2199 Well, is IS the genre completely dominating the cinemas today, and they do provide for interesting fights due to the extremely rich source material with universes spanning half a century. And they do debate all the other big movies that are released as well. So yeah, it's a lot of super hero fights, but it's pretty obvious as to why.

I love the guys at screen junkies but seriously that dude in the ninja turtle costume seemed like he was more ripping and making fun of the Justice League then actually representing them in a valid argument. I am so sick of people who keep on bringing the whole Superman killing thing every single time someone mentions the future of any DC movie. I'm not a fanboy of DC, I like both franchises, but people gotta let it go. I mean Superman killed Zod who is literally destroying all of Metropolis and he had no other way of stopping him and he made the choice between letting Zod kill that family at the end or stop him himself by killing him. I don't think the Justice League movie is going to be super dark like everyone might think it will be. There is a lot of members in that group who do have comedic elements (exp The Flash) to them so I am sure there will be a humor mixed in. Bottom line of the whole argument I think it's kind of wrong that they would choose to put Justice League against the Avengers in a movie topic, since there is no Justice League movie yet...seems a little unfair.

I think Mike Carlson is hilarious. I mean He was dressed in a Ninja outfit. I did think the question was unfair. DC hasn't fully established their universe. Even though the justice league is more powerful, it all comes to the argument and how they present it. And Mike is a blast to see.

I'm actually really happy that Spencer won because he is an amazing fighter, states and brings his points well over, while also using a little comedy. In my opinion he is underrated, and I hope he starts appearing more because he is great to listen to. YOU GO SPENCER!
