I can’t believe my daughter Hailey purchased her first house, she was so nervous before going to the bank, while in the bank, and even after being at the bank. I’m really proud of her for working so hard, she’s really nervous because taking out a mortgage is a big deal. But she works so hard and I know that she’s going to be fine. She’s not a spender she says every dime she has so I’m really proud of her being able to put a down payment on the loan and being able to make the payments every month. I’m definitely going to be here for her no matter what she needs because that’s what parents do. She’s very responsible and I know she’d never ask because she’s just the kind of person that works hard and she knows that we’re here for her.
Now it’s time to get her place ready to go paint her walls and get everything moved in. I’m definitely not looking forward to this.
