Yeah, Archie should pass. Potentially super high mileage, former smoker, and rough interior. Engine bay is nice, but doesn't make up for the other things. Good job on a thorough inspection video Doston!

Honestly I absolutely love chasers but I definitely wouldn't give over 8K US for that one considering lower milage and cleaner examples can be purchased for around 10k already imported.

The only car I would love to own one day. Whenever I can get one it would hands down be the last car I buy to mod to my liking. These are going for 23k in the US :-(

For me I wouldn't care if it stunk of smoke n had minor wear n tear to the interior, bit of elbow grease n it would be good as new. Price approved 9.5k gbp can't go wrong 🖒🖒🖒

Mileage is a big concern Overall cars engine bay is clean as well as the body Either negotiate on the price or leave it

An absolute beauty from the outside, but the inside... These seats have to be replaced or reupholstered, carpets as well, the whole dash, the car needs a proper clean up and with all that if the mileage is 200000 kms, I wouldn't be giving more than 8k for it.

Yeah but there is a drift tax here in Japan for S15 / Chasers / Skylines anything used for drifting and US legal just adds another tax ( price hikes )

Not that im aware of, most people looking at GTR's but work out that they are way over their budget go for the RS , its more or less a GTR wagon and their prices are fair as long as your after a non R34 front end converted one and are ok with 100,000 km plus.

To potential buyer, I would pass, looks like too much will need doing to it to get it up to scratch or any kind of good condition. At the end of day though it's your Dollar so your choice.

Unfortunately it is not US import legal yet and CA EPA is very strict and it may not pass smog without extensive modifications.

Archie should pass on this unless he is going to rebuild it. I would not pay $11k for it. Maybe at lot less simply because you don't know the real mileage and it looks like a bit of work fixing up a few things is needed.I would pass. Keep looking I'm sure you can find better.
