K Koke on Being Charged w/ Attempted Murder After Roc Nation Deal

K Koke opened up to VladTV about being arrested for attempted murder just four months after being the first UK rapper to sign a deal with Roc Nation. He explained that police wrongly accused him of shooting a man at a train station after claiming that they used stills from camera footage to identify K Koke as the shooter.
After being in jail without bail for eight months, K Koke went to trial, and the evidence from police was thrown out because it wasn't credible. The alleged shooter was later charged with the crime, and K Koke addressed whether he thought he was being targeted by local police. Hit the above clip to hear what he had to say.

Legal aid is free in the UK but whoevers reppin you is normally dead there all mumbling stumbling dropping paperwork all over the floor unorganised most of the time your lucky if you get a gd rep if you go to trial you have an option to pay for a barrister this is how I buss a previous case because of the way I presented myself the jakes didn't expect it and when they found out the got there best rep in the next hearing some guy who had a high conviction rate apparently from what my barrister told me but I played the game and buss it facts....

Heard about Lady Sovereign years ago. Just went to recheck her along with Rita and both of them are trash. Just being a good rapper or having a good voice isn't going to cut it especially in today's time when the web is flooded with many artists. Its a combination. Marketability, skill, drive, and hit records. If Lady Sovereign had those things she would've been the first non American white female to pop before Iggy. If you want a good non American artist check Emeli Sande.
