WHO WANTS TO SEE A BIG BANG K24A2 HONDA. HOW MUICH POWER DO YOU THINK THE STOCK K24A(2) BLOCK, CRANK, RODS AND PISTONS CAN TAKE? WE PLAN TO FIND OUT AFTER ADDING RING GAP TO THE STOCK RINGS, THEN UPGRADING WITH A PORTED HEAD, CAMS AND INTAKE FROM SKUNK II. OF COURSE BOOST WILL COME FROM A TURBO FROM FORCED PERFORMANCE. CAN THE STOCK BOTTOM END HOLD TOGETHER AND MAKE 1,000 HP BEFORE LETTING GO? BEFORE FINDING OUT WHAT THE STRENGTH LIMIT IS, WE PLAN TO RUN A BARRAGE OF K-SERIES TESTS ON THE STOCK AND MODIFIED MOTOR. EARLY 70S PROJECT NOVA-DOES IT NEED AN 500-INCH CADILLAC? HOW ABOUT A 455 BUICK? OF COURSE AN LS FITS, BUT WHY NOT GET CRAZY FIRST, RIGHT? GOOD STUFF COMING.

Love to see the Caddy in the Nova. Love to see the K24 in the Nova. Love to see the Nova be the test mule for all sorts of engines.

500 inch Nova would be great, LS is cool and all but a hot Cadillac would be fantastic.

Go for it! I built a 496 for my 68 nova 3500 stall converter, 4l80e, 4.10's in a 12 bolt. The thing is crazy around town

Hi Richard. Back in the day I put a Caddy 472 with it's turbo 400 in a '72 Nova , used the stock 10 bolt rear just added a Eaton No-Spin and a set of 235/60-15's out back. Didn't have to worry about lowering springs in the front just where I was going to get another set of tires, ton's of fun. Would love to see another version of it with a few performance goodies, go for it.

I vote for the Buick 455 in the Nova . in my early twenties I put together a 1972 Monte Carlo with a Buick 455 or 30 over and that thing was an absolute blast to drive on the street . Gobs and gobs of torque.

500 Caddy in a Nova would be great. Time to call out the RK guys and show their Caddy powered Gremlin what's up - If they can make it there without starving some part of it of oil!

500 Caddy in a Nova, I love it. Even more I'd like to have a 429 Ford in a Nova. That's two of my favorites in the same car! I'd drive it.

Yesssss!!!!! Love these engines! Put one with a ported k20 head with je pistons ctr rods and valvetrain in my Integra after I ran too much boost without enough increase in ring gap in my b18c1. Glad to see this as much as I love sbc's and other domestic gods.

Yes. Glad you picked the Cadillac for the Nova. Don't forget about the 292. When you say its rough can't be that bad coming from a guy from the rust belt LOL
