INGREDIENTS:
For Dough:
* Lukewarm Water(गुनगुना पानी) - 1 Cup
* Sugar Powder (चीनी पाउडर) - 1 Tbsp
* Oil(तेल) - 1 Tbsp
* Dry Yeast(ख़मीर) - 1.5 Tsp/7 Gram
* All-Purpose Flour/Maida(मैदा) - 1 Tbsp
* All-Purpose Flour/Maida(मैदा)- 300 Gram/2.5 Cup
* Pink Salt(सेंधा नमक) - 1 Tsp
* Lukewarm Water(गुनगुना पानी) - As required
* Oil(तेल) - Some
* Milk Powder(दूध पाउडर) - 2 Tbsp
For Filling:
* Capsicum(शिमला मिर्च)
* Carrot(गाजर)
* Spring Onion(हरी प्याज)
* Onion(प्याज)
* Potato(आलू) - Boiled & Grated
* Salt(नमक)
* Black Pepper Powder(काली मिर्च पाउडर)
* Mixed herb/Oregano/Chili Flakes(मिक्स हर्ब/ओरिगैनो/चिली फ्लेक्स)
* Coriander Leaves(धनिया पत्ती) - Some
* Cottage Cheese/Paneer(पनीर)
* Chili Sauce(चिली सॉस)
For Topping:
* Oil/Butter(तेल/मक्खन)
* Coriander Leaves(धनिया पत्ती) - Some
* Chili Flakes(चिली फ्लेक्स)
* Black Pepper Powder(काली मिर्च पाउडर)
* Oregano(ओरिगैनो)
* Nigella Seeds/Onion Seeds(कलौंजी)
* Butter(मक्खन)
* White Sesame Seeds(सफेद तिल)
RECIPE:
For Filling, In a bowl, take some finely chopped Capsicum, Carrot, Spring Onion, Onion, boiled & grated Potato, some Spices like Salt, Black Pepper Powder, Mixed Herbs, Chilli Flakes, Coriander Leaves, Grated Paneer & some Red Chilli Sauce & mix them all well.
For Dough, in a bowl, take some Lukewarm Water, Powdered Sugar, Oil, Dry Yeast & All Purpose Flour/Maida. Mix well, cover & keep it aside for 10 minutes. After then, add some All Purpose Flour/Maida, Pink Salt by sieving them. Mix it then put some lukewarm Water and bind the sticky dough. Then put some Oil, Milk Powder & knead the dough for 10 mins properly & make it smooth. Then cover it for 1.5 hours. After then, dust some All Purpose Flour on the kitchen platform/slab & divide the dough into 2 parts and take one part & roll it in a big round shape. Take a baking tray/plate, grease some Oil/Butter & keep the butter paper on it & keep the rolled Big Chapati on it. Then spread some red Chilli Sauce & put the Filling On it properly. Then cover the filling with another rolled Chapati & fold it and seal it properly with a fork. Apply some Oil/Butter on it & use a sharp paring knife to cut 6 to 8 slits of the Bread Pizza like a Sun Flower shape as shown in the video. Then twist each slice twice & sprinkle some Coriander Leaves, Chilli Flakes, Balck Pepper Powder, Oregano, Nigella Seeds/Onion Seeds & some White Sesame Seeds on it. Cover it with the silver foil & keep it for half an hour. Then spread the Butter on it well & Bake it in the preheated OTG/ Microwave Convection at 180 degrees for 15 mins. Serve with the hot stuffed Bread Pizza. In this way, Stuffed Bread Pizza will get ready easily at home.
