எண்ணெய் - 2 மேசைக்கரண்டி
பட்டை, கிராம்பு, ஏலக்காய்
பிரியாணி இலை
சீரகம் - 1 தேக்கரண்டி
வெங்காயம் - 3 நறுக்கியது
இஞ்சி பூண்டு விழுது - 2 தேக்கரண்டி
தக்காளி விழுது - 4 அரைத்தது
உப்பு - 1 தேக்கரண்டி
மஞ்சள் தூள் - 1/4 தேக்கரண்டி
மிளகாய் தூள் - 1 1/2 மேசைக்கரண்டி
சீரக தூள் - 2 தேக்கரண்டி
மல்லி தூள் - 2 தேக்கரண்டி
குடை மிளகாய் - 1 நறுக்கியது
வெங்காயம் - 1 நறுக்கியது
கரம் மசாலா தூள் - 1 1/2 தேக்கரண்டி
தண்ணீர் - 1 கப்
நெய்
இஞ்சி நீளவாக்கில் நறுக்கியது
கசூரி மேத்தி
பச்சை மிளகாய் - 2 கீறியது
