Since June 2023, the new ABC Owned Television Stations graphics made by Vivid Zero is still rolling out across eight ABC-owned stations. Recently, there are only 7 stations that had already got the new graphics in orders such as WLS-TV in Chicago, KTRK-TV in Houston, KFSN-TV in Fresno, WTVD in Durham/Raleigh, WABC-TV in New York, KGO-TV in San Francisco, and most notably, WPVI-TV in Philadelphia. KTRK and WABC are only two stations that uses their red and blue version of the graphics. WPVI was my local ABC-owned station that uses the blue and yellow as the main color of the graphics for Action News. KABC-TV had already debuted their new weather graphics for the Los Angeles area last month back in April, and will be the 8th and final station to get new graphics hopefully soon.

They finally switched today!

@@ocbusfan Yep. ABC 7 Los Angeles finally switched to new graphics in Southern California today which is two months after WPVI launched the new graphics back on March 12. KABC-TV was the 8th and final station to launched the new ABC O&O graphics following WLS-TV, KTRK-TV, KFSN-TV, WTVD, WABC-TV, KGO-TV, and WPVI-TV. WPVI had recently launched the new AccuWeather graphics back on March 25, 2023, it looked better than the 2017 weather graphics. WPVI-TV uses the same AccuWeather alert ticker at the bottom of the screen during the syndication and/or ABC programming in which will be interrupted by 6 beeping tones sound before weather alert ticker appears at the bottom if any severe weather hits the Philadelphia region. Soon, 6abc will hopefully switching into a new and improved AccuWeather alert ticker that matches the same as the new graphics, and uses the same map.
