Kofta curry recipe, raw papaya kofta, papite ki sabzi, kacche papite ki kofta curry, kofta curry recipe by kabitaskitchen, best veg kofta recipe.
Preparation time - 40 minutes
Serving - 5
Raw papaya - 500 gm
Onion- 3
Tomato-2
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Green chilli-2
Coriander leaves - 1/3 cup
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Carom seeds (Ajwain)- 1/3 tsp
Turmeric powder - 3/4 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Black pepper powder -1/4 tsp
Coriander powder -1/2 tsp
Cumin powder -1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder -3/4 tsp
Gram flour (besan)- 4 tbsp
Bay leaves - 2
Mace (javitri)
Black cardamom - 1
Salt to taste
Cooking oil

Kabitaji, Namaskar... Main kerala se likh raha hoon.Aaj ghar pe aap ka recipe hamne banaaya, aur itni achchi bankar thayyar hui ki, hum sub ungli chaat the rah gaye. Kachcha papitha se itni swadisht dish ban sakthi hain, yeh hum kabhi nahin jaanthe the. Bahut bahut dhanyavaad. Hum aapke bade fan bangaye hain.
