Wow! These 2 giants in the same room at the same time! There's a ton of strength and knowledge between those 2. Thank you for doing this video!

Awesome episode. Stopped to comment that I too was told by my college soccer coach to workout to get bigger, which is why I started lifting. So that is awesome to hear Stan went through the same thing haha. Haven't looked back since. Stan and Duff are awesome

+Ryan Turner Just fully finished. Probably one of the best interviews/content enriched videos I have seen. I can't tell you how many little tidbits of info I am going to take away from this for myself and to help others. The vitamin D3 story was a big wake up call too. Interesting findings

Mike thanks for having these two powerhouses on the show. Stan the recommendation or Greg Nuckols and Chris thanks for adding in Charlie Weingroff. I think with all the knowledge and insight you guys could be the four horseman. Thanks again, Chef SHANNON AMBROSIO

This information is so basically brilliant. These are answers that we (people) should know and likely do know, put in vivid perspective as it should be. Very useful and not to be overlooked. I will certainly apply a great deal of what i've heard here, not only to my training but also to my channel. Thanks guys.

PS..something I realized...this seemed to start this spring, just after winter..here in St. Louis, it gets hot and humid during the summer. I work outside and decided this spring to wear long sleeve shirts to avoid the sun exposure and help keep me cooler....coincidence ?

What about turmeric, it is a natural anti inflammatory, is that classified as taking over the counter anti inflammatory s like NAPROXEN, for recovery and blood getting into the areas of injury......what stan was saying ?

What Kenny g, said, these guys are all brilliant in there own right. Together its an orgasmic progressive overload of hypertrophic recovery strength knowledge, really good stuff.

I don't mean to contradict two of the gretest lifters of all time, but i find that as long you can do your research and "will" yourself to something the Balls to the wall approach will yield better results.

One minute Stan is all about ART the next he says nothing passive works lol....take everything he says with a grain of salt. He would quote an article he read as if he had a doctorate in it. He loves to hear himself talk

nice to hear 3 dudes talk without juvenile bravado bullshit, hes wrong about the ice, once the ice comes off is when the rebound occurs and the situation is helped

the ice pack not the constant circulation

D Brannick I have to disagree about the ice and anti inflammatory stuff. Listening to stans advice to stay away from that stuff helped me to rehabilitate an ankle injury last year. All the anti inflammatory and ice was preventing it from healing

No they don't. Yeah they take some gear but if you think they all do things how Bostin does then you've succeeded at taking what he says seriously

You know nothing of the sport if you think all these guys are pushing 13 grams of gear like Boston is. Rarely do they even take 2 grams.
