In Germany you will get 60% of monthly income as unemployment benefit if you have completed 1 year. If you have 10 years of experience you can earn upto 1 cr per annum in Indian rupees. Germany is a clean & calm country. I have not experienced any corruption so far here. Kids are first priority here, kids will be paid apprx 25000 Rs per month until they are 18 years as child benefit and education is free for them. Proud to be a kannadiga.

38 lakhs in Germany is less salary. Plz leave the 80s 90s mindset n attraction for foreign soil. Namma Bengaluru itself has lot many high pay IT jobs. Even I had long term opportunity for Netherlands which I didn’t consider. Remember that your parents are getting old and they need you.

Absolutely true. I have been living in Scotland for the last 15 years or so. Earning potential in India is super high now a days. Attraction of foreign soil is pointless. However, I just agree that office work culture is way better at least in my personal experience. No politics, work life balance, personal time is very highly valued.

Master in E&C... and 35lakhs in Germany is very less.. even in India we will get 25 lakha package as fresher... and living cost is almost 1/4th of the Germany... and you can live with your family here...

Even I have worked in Denmark for about 9months in our company sponsored work visa..but salary was about 6.5 lakhs (54500 Dkk) per month.. there was no internal politics, no toxic work culture etc.. but one thing I didn't liked was people are not so social in office hours so it will be bit boring in office... but outside the office hours they are very friendly...

I assume he is not married. But if you have kids and your life is not so easy in Germany. It is so stressful managing everything without any help specially when both husband and wife works full time. Because we Indians have different life style than others. As he says you cannot always chose to work only few hours whenever you feel like working. I do work here and I know the kind of work I do. I agree work life balance is there but still with kids managing is stressful. He is more talking with a bachelor mindset here 😊.

Don't go to Germany!!!! The land is full of scams. 38 lakhs is nothing. 40% of that amount goes as tax and PF . Apartment rent is anywhere between 1.2 lakhs to 2 lakh per month. Compulsory health insurance is 40k per month. Adakke PPP nodbeku. Bari Rupee ge convert maadodalla.
