Loved the house but why put a dividing panel right where you need to put a couch to watch TV. As an owner, the panel is a waste of space. Take out the panel and open up the entire room. Nowadays, the dinning room and living room don’t need a divider. Just place the couches in the living room to face the TV and then set up your dinning room with nice dinning room Set. Also, the arch wall in the living room/dinning room took up unnecessary space. Then behind the arch wall is strip of wasted space. I am all about maximizing space.
