Hi there! I'm back with another recipe & this time it's my absolute favourite thing to make at home : Kam Heong Prawns!
You can definitely sub the prawns with any other kind of protein, such as clams, crabs, fish or even chicken. It will taste just as good!
Here's the full list of ingredients:
10 - 15 prawns
2 tsp cornstarch
1 tbsp curry powder
2 tsp sugar
2 tsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1.5 tbsp dried shrimps
3 bird eye chillies / cili padi
2 red onions
3 cloves of garlic
3 stems of curry leaves
2-3 tbsp water
3-4 tbsp vegetable oil
(There is no need to use any salt as the dried shrimps and oyster sauce act as the main flavour/salty agents for this dish)
