Gujrat rajkot me Surastra spine and pain hospital he yha ke dr.kushal donga ke pass mene apna elaj karvaya he muje bhi back pain tha mene kitni sari tritment karvai or kitne sare doctor ko consult kiya lekin koi furk nahi tha fir dr.kushal donga ke pass mera elaj hua please sab ko me bolti hu ki 1time is doctor ko consult karo🙏

Sir chondral defect full thickness cartilage defect h aur slip disc h.arthroscopy surgery hui .pain nahi ha raha.back se leke shin pain.sab pain ho raha h.uske liye exercise dikhaye

Dekho sir main ek bar ache se batata meri problem aaj se 10 mahine pehle heavy work out ke wajah se pain hota hai mujhe woh pain sokar uthne ke baad akdn hoti aur woh back pain aisa hai ki jab hum chiropractic position mein jate hai toh jo hamare bone hote hain na jo bone ka dhacha hai peeche ka uske corner per jorse dabane per dard hota hai waha per pain hai aur kabhi kabhi aisa lagta ki beech mein koi naso mein dard hai batao kya karna cahiye

Sir मुझे L3L4 disc herniation है 8mm क्या ये exercise से ठीक हो सकता है? Physiotherapy चल रही है pain मे पहले से आराम है but चलने मे back pain होता है, ज्यादा देर बैठा नहीं जाता
