@@SiyaOum what kind of whiteout pen is that? And if you don't mind answering, what kind of deadline do they give you for the books you do? Is it "we need this by this date" or they tell you, "we need it in a month, go!"

@@erp284 They try to give me a decent head's up on deadlines, sometimes things are "needed a month ago!" type of deadlines. Varies quite a bit! The whiteout pen is a Uni Posca pen, from Japan.

Eons work best for Copics, from my experience. I've used Strathmore, Canson, Blick, different water color paper, printing paper. Water color paper and vellum surfaces tend to suck up more ink. Thank you!

@@SiyaOum Thanks a lot for answering Siya! Gotta try out EON and Blick then!😁 Yes indeed ,I've noticed that too,that vellum and watercolor papers suck up more ink,but results are sometimes better. My favorite papers,if I may share it with you,for markers,are Strathmore Marker and IC manga paper.Canson Illustration paper is also great,and allows to use watercolor, which I intend to combine with markers,thats another reason why I watch how you do it 🙂 and overall, its just so joyful to see how you create your wonderful illustrations and learn your style and techniques!🙌💛 I also like Schoelershammer marker paper,but since its very thin,I glue it on Canson bristol, with Scotch purple glue stick,and then its a great pleasure to draw on.Stonehedge paper gives to marker a cool,a bit of watercolor effect,and is great in combi with color pencils,but eats a lot of ink aswell. @@SiyaOum No prob sensei! I haven't drawn in a week because of personal issues (which made me not want to draw at all) and I was just re-watching your other videos earlier today. While watching them, I instantly picked up my sketchbook and starting drawing. Now while watching this one, I picked up my watercolors and started painting! This was a real treat sensei, because it brought me out of my funk. Thank you so much for creating and sharing your process! Truly inspiring! =)

I don't erase until I'm completely done inking, or I need to see something more clearly, I'd usually wait about ten minutes if I need to erase right away. The thicker the tip size the longer you wait. If the paper is slick, it also takes longer to dry. Safe bet would be fifteen minutes. I hope that helps, and thank you!
